Our Clermont Center is conveniently located just north of the Lake Hiawatha Preserve. Purchased a Magnolia tree in mid April 2023 and paid to have them install it. Within 30 days the tree died and they claim zero responsibility. We did everything they instructed us to do and they think it’s ok to take our money and not make this right. They claim they have great customer service, obviously that’s not the case. I was even willing to pay their cost for another tree which is more than I should have to do.
